Like countless others before me I’ve sat wondering what to say in
this post, my first. It’s a big deal. I’ve read and been inspired by
countless other strangers, who’ve all at some point, written their first
post. And now, hopefully and with fingers crossed, I’ll be entering
that world. After pressing the delete button one too many times and
writing cliche after cliche, I’ve decided to keep it as brief as
possible. Short is always sweet, yes?
This blog will share the things I like, would draw a heart next to if I could, and those I love,
things I would stop conversations for, pointing to with glee and
skipping over to take a closer look. It could be anything; pretty
things, vintage things, art to see or crafts to do. It could even be a
snapshot into my life at the moment or the many exciting projects I’ve
worked on the past. I’m a recent graduate with a BA in History, a girl
who dreams of a life filled with art, history and culture, and is about
to embark head first into the chaotic world of teacher training.
And so I shall leave at this, with a promise of real post on something I likeheartlove to share with you all soon.
